I Am My Place
2017

I am my place is a series of site specific interactions. The work explores the importance of outdoor play in childhood, and the way that nature play informs a person’s ecological morality in adulthood.

I am my place was developed through an honours research thesis at the University of Newcastle for which the artist received an Honours 1 and a faculty medal.

Photographs by Alysha Fewster.
